Gabi had a lot of fun this year in dance. It started out a little rough the first two classes because she was nervous of me leaving her in her class with strangers, but after two classes she would give me a stiff arm if I tried to walk her in the door, and by the end I wasn't even allowed to get out of the car (she may be a bit embarrassed to be seen with her MOM of all people...what would her friends think!) Even though she was going to dance and loving it I was still a bit skeptical that she would get up on stage and perform in front of everyone, but once again she tried to walk on stage a few times before it was her turn, I don't know, I guess she likes the spotlight, imagine that!
She is second from the right.
(listen at the very end of the clip for a cat call from grandma)

Faith in our family
While Angi, Randall and Addi came to visit during their Spring Break we went to the Draper Temple Open House. We had a lot of fun and saw the inside of a small but extremely beautiful temple! Afterwards we were able to look at a lot of beautiful artwork and eat cookies before returning to the bus to take us to our cars. We had a lot of fun and of course had to take a few snapshots.

Unified
This evening for FHE Ben had us listen to Elder Eyring's talk in the October 2008 Conference called, "Our hearts knit as One" given in the Sunday Morning session. Please click the link and scroll down to the Sunday Morning session and either read, listen or watch this talk because I know that it is what our family needs to work on to become truly unified.

Get in the loop (this is not a qwest ad... promise)
Unless you want to be seriously out of the loop, I STRONGLY suggest that you do as I say!
1. Go to the blog archive (on the right side of the blog)
2. Click on 2008
3. Scroll down (& yes, it will be a long scroll)
4. Stop on the post made by Angi Wood on Friday, September 26th
5. Titled "Useless Info" it's REALLY short, so you have to have a sharp eye to catch it.
6. Click on comments.
7. Read them ALL.
Seriously if you DON'T do this you will be sorry, so don't come crying to me when it comes back to nip you in the butt!
YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED!!! Now... the rest is up to you.
I promise, you will NOT be wasting your precious time.

Honor, Truth, Courage
In the story he does not give into the social norms of mice where fear and running away from problems is acceptable.
He inspires everyone around him to live boldly with
HONOR, TRUTH, & COURAGE
There's a lot we can learn from this little guy:
- let us face our challenges with COURAGE.
- Stand for TRUTH everywhere, even within ourselves
- Live each day HONORABLY by doing our duties to God and family first.
The Lord needs VALIANT servants and those that are measured as less will not enter his kingdom.
Let us help each other, lift each other, while taking responsibility for ourselves that we all might be found in eternity together.
NO EMPTY CHAIRS.

Ryan's Boycott
i am boycotting carolyn and don kleinman for being such crappy grandparents/humans. The stupid ornament and ten dollars they can keep. lets all boycott them this season to cast out those who seek to de-unify us. I say let them eat fudge, and feel the emptiness of the seeds they have sewn... ok that sounds pretty harsh, but i have just been thinking about them, and i do not have one memory of them ever being uplifting, helpful (without alt. motives), faithful, inspiring, generous (without wanting something in return), understanding, exemplary, REAL, gentle, complimentary, loving, or even KIND. We will not be attending the breakfast . They are a cancer to our family. agree? or disagree?
